Refund policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to consumers (private individuals purchasing for purposes not related to business or professional activities) who buy digital subscriptions or content from Addabbo Coach.

By "digital subscriptions/content" we mean online training programs, e-learning materials, video or audio content, delivered via the Internet and not on physical media.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU and Italian consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies only if the digital content has not yet been accessed. Once the service has been activated and the content made immediately available, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

For monthly subscriptions, withdrawal is only possible within the first 7 days from activation of the service, provided that the content has not been significantly accessed.

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, send a clear notification via email to: addabbocoach@gmail.com within the timeframes indicated above. Please include the reason for your request and your subscription or purchase details.

Refunds will be processed manually and returned using the same payment method used for the original purchase, with no additional fees. We will confirm receipt of your request by email and process the refund within 30 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time. However:

  • For monthly subscriptions: payment already made for the current month is non-refundable after the first 7 days if the content has already been made available.
  • For prepaid annual subscriptions with monthly delivery: any months already delivered and paid for are non-refundable; you may stop future months without additional charges.

5. Access to Content & Waiver of Withdrawal

Before granting immediate access to digital content or training programs, we request your explicit consent and inform you that, by agreeing, you waive the right of withdrawal for that portion of the service already provided.

6. Changes to Content/Service

If digital content or services undergo substantial changes that negatively affect your use, you may request a proportional refund or withdraw from the contract, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
